Make Up Policy

In order to preserve our small class sizes and provide uniformity in instruction, we do not allow students to make up missed classes. However, if a class is canceled due to weather, those students may make up the class by attending any other class time (advanced or punch card) during the summer season.

Private Event Cancelation

Deposits paid for any private lesson, event, or party are refundable for any cancelations made up to 72 hours in advance.  Deposits will not be refunded for cancelations made within 72 hours of the lesson, event, or party. Exception: cancelations due to extreme weather (thunderstorms or temperatures below 50 degrees) will not incur a charge. 

Refunds

Madison Log Rolling has a no-refund policy. A discretionary refund may be granted in the case of extraordinary circumstances. We cannot provide refunds to Groupon or Living Social customers. If a participant cannot redeem a Groupon due to medical circumstances only, we will credit the value of the voucher towards any future class or event.

Weather Policy

We will not cancel in the event of light rain. If there is lightning or severe weather we will notify class members via Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Canceled classes may be made up during any other class time; canceled events may be rescheduled at no cost.

Groupon/Living Social

 May not be used by anyone who has previously log rolled with MLR. One pass per person, and one person per pass. No exceptions.
